What does it cost, plainly?

$1,500 to build it, then $397 a month paid yearly or $477 month to month. If someone who already uses it sent you, the build is $500 instead and they get $200. There's also a pay-as-you-go plan at 25c a minute with no monthly fee, but it's voice only.

When does it make sense to move up?

Accepted Answer

When one extra job a month would cover it. Everything costs roughly $300 more a month than Pay As You Go at typical usage, and it adds the review engine and the follow-up on quotes that went quiet. If your dashboard is showing quotes going cold, that maths is easy. If it isn't, stay where you are — we'll tell you that.

How does paying by the minute work?

You're charged only for the minutes she's actually on the phone with a real caller. Ringing, voicemail and hang-ups aren't billed. A typical booking call runs two to three minutes, so a booked job costs you well under a dollar. Pay As You Go is 25c a minute and is voice only — no text-back, no reminders, no review requests. On Everything those are all included and overage past your 500 minutes is 20c.

Why is there a build fee at all?

Because someone sits down and builds yours — your script, your prices, your calendar, your rules for who gets woken at 2am — and tests it against real calls before it answers for you. That's the difference between this and the software you'd otherwise configure yourself at 9pm.

I'm not a tradie. Does this work for my business?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The system is identical whether you're a plumber, a dental practice, a vet or a mechanic — what changes is the script, and we write that off your business. If your phone rings and someone has to answer it, this is for you.

Does the AI receptionist sound robotic?

Accepted Answer

Talk to her on this page and judge for yourself. She uses the latest conversational voice models — you can interrupt her, change your mind mid-sentence, and she'll still book the job. If someone asks directly whether they're speaking to an AI, she's honest and offers to pass them to a human.

Does it replace my booking system?

No — it sits alongside what you already run (ServiceM8, Tradify, simPRO, Jobber, Cliniko). We plug in and catch the work you'd otherwise miss. We don't rip anything out, and your number never changes.
